• Withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Currency

All transactions on PHDream77 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the player's responsibility.

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals.

PHDream77 cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any evidence of illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate agencies, and the relevant accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

08. Privacy & Data

PHDream77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

• Required identity verification documents have not been submitted within the requested timeframe.

Players may also close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player after deducting any applicable bonuses that do not meet withdrawal requirements.

11. Liability & Disputes

PHDream77 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment delays, or force majeure events.

If you believe an error has occurred in a game result or transaction, you must notify PHDream77 within 72 hours of the incident by emailing support@phdream77.net. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

PHDream77's decision on all disputes is final. In cases where regulatory intervention is required, matters will be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming authority in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

PHDream77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
